Concierge “Hassle Free” Exchange Policy
Massage Chairs to Go offers the best exchange policy in the industry. Within the first 30 days of delivery if you want to exchange your chair for another purchased through Massage Chairs to Go. We will pick up your original chair and replace it with another massage chair of your choice. The original chair must be in like new working order and without cosmetic defects. The customer will be credited with the full purchase price of the original chair and will only be responsible for any difference in the price of the new chair. Original packaging is not required and the customer will not be responsible for any delivery costs. This policy is only offered for chairs sold within a 70 mile proximity of our showroom and there is a limit of one exchange per purchase.
Standard Exchange Policy
Within the first 30 days of delivery if you want to exchange your chair for another, you will need to send it back to us in the original packing material and you will also be responsible for the freight and shipping costs of the chair back to our showroom. Once you have decided on the chair you would like in it’s place, we will either bill or credit you the difference. Free shipping does apply to the new chair.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on discontinued, close-out, refurbished, used, or floor model massage chairs.
